What bothers you most about the current synthesis system?

You see, the Big Secret to crafting is to watch stuff on Netflix or Youtube or Animeseason, listen to a podcast or audiobook or music, find SOME other way to entertain yourself WHILE you're doing your synths. It makes it so much more bearable and fun.

To me the only reason you need something else to do is because the game doesn't enguage you and does not make you want to pay attention. I do the same thing watch netflix, but that is only because I am always waiting for animations to play. Get rid of that and give us snappy input times and I think it would work out just fine.
