The People in this thread who say Crafting is Dull and Tedious will never be satisfied by any crafting system. It is impossible to make a Crafting System that is not Repetitive.

You're talking to someone who gathers on a near pathological level. Is that not repetitive?

You're just making excuses for SE.

There are other games that have actual crafting GAMES. They're all different, require skill, and even team work, and are engaging activities. In fact they're addictive and I have to put limits on how much I craft because time flies when you're having fun. This is a game I actually return to when I'm bored with FFXIV... and one of the reasons is the awesome crafting.
