New changes to experience, HQ, quality, etc. are great.
Crafting leves are still terrible as all hell though. Those need to be redone in a major way.

It would be nice if I could just press a button and craft mats instantly but play the minigame for final items. It can get tedious yeah but all crafting/leveling does in any game. Having to do a 30 sec "minigame" of pressing enter 5 times to craft every sub mat really bugs me.
This is where a "mastery" system could be in handy. If I'm not mistaken they plan on adding a better recipe book for 2.0, from there they could easily has each recipe have a mastery level along with a natural understanding to each recipe. Such as a lv 1 recipe at lv 11 would be start at 10% +50 quality, 21= 20% +75, 31= 30% +100. 41=40% +125. Basically when you are above a certain for the recipe you would have a % of it already complete and the quality would have a boost. The mastery system would allow you to add on to the level range boost where when you "master" a recipe you would obtain something like a 25% boost along with +100 durability on top of what you would gain from levels. So a level 1 recipe would start at 65% with 225 durability before HQ mats are taken into account. It would be nice if I could just press a button and craft mats instantly but play the minigame for final items. This would encourage players to work on recipes they might not normally work on such as skilling up with gear rather then materials. As you skillup with gear you would also obtain mastery over it which would not only make the item easier to make but could also unlock higher tier recipes.
There is a lot that crafting can do such as have ailities that reduce the starting % so you can have more chances at improving quality such as if you mastered a lv 50 recipe but you wanted to start at 0% you could attach an ability and start with 0% but still keep the +100 quality.
I would like to see if they plan on showing us their plans with DoH/L, I'd like to say that hopefully there will be no worries to them being fleshed out since they have done a wonderful job readjusting the battle classes as well as the abilities for all the disciplines. With how smooth that change has been as well as the way jobs are being handled we can only hope that DoL/H will end with the same positive results.
