Unable to use the 74 Skill "Reuse"

i thought, i can use it every time and with a chance, i get something back - this is really stupid tbh

It's the other way around but still the same effect. There's a chance you're able to use it, but each time you are able to it will always give you something back.

From my experience it seems to always be only 1 item returned and it seems that it's always the first item in the list of materials for the recipe.
