Unable to use the 74 Skill "Reuse"

Good morning crafters :3

I leveled my crafters to 74+ and i wanted to use the skill "Reuse"

I got it to 100% Quality, used the Skill and i got some materials back - i thought, this is awesome and i wanted to use it at the next craft again.... But i couldnt use it again, its greyed out. Why that? Is there a waiting time for this skill or what? Nothing in the description of the skill says, that i cant use it in every craft

It has an unknown random chance of proc on the step that fills your quality bar to 100%. If it doesn't proc then it won't proc later. Also, if it does proc, it'll stay lit until you either use it or finish the synthesis.

Do you mean with proc like the condition good or excellent?

It's the other way around but still the same effect. There's a chance you're able to use it, but each time you are able to it will always give you something back.

From my experience it seems to always be only 1 item returned and it seems that it's always the first item in the list of materials for the recipe.

The description clearly states "Chance to become available upon reaching maximum item quality."

Did some macro crafting and added it in, small scale results:

• 25 synths all 100%, 9 procs (I assume this means 30% or 33%)
• It gave only the first item listed back every time (there was only 1 of the top item for my recipe, so can't say about chance of partial/full refund of top item)

I like the skill but I think it costs far too much CP for what it does. Getting only 1 material, and only the first material in the list makes the return from this skill a bit underwhelming for the CP cost.

Until the item it returns is a Dancing Wing or an Immaculate Wingblade....

Kind of a bad skill. I think it would’ve been better to make this a Specialist skill and give it a 100% proc chance. This would provide a nice incentive for Specialist.

Well, I made several millions with this spell... But I like that still a lot of people can't see the use and the benefit of it. I mean, there is literally a thread about this three topics up describing why this is a money maker.
