    error code i2501

    The other day I've tried to buy the Mount: SDS Fenrir (Account-wide) then the error code pop. I thought it was just a bug at first and think nothing of it then today when I got my registrar code for shadowbringer I've tried to unlock it and the error code pop again and told me to contact the support center and I am worried that it can't be fixed before Friday cause that's the deadline for registering the code.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the European Support Center.
