Fix enemy AI so it resets against inaccessible targets (Several MMOs already do this to prevent exploitation). Gil farm bots can no longer kill anything as they'll need to stay in bounds to prevent resets and it's not possible for them to handle most dungeon bosses without a tank if they have to actually take hits.

There are "legit" bots that progress without hacking but they're much much slower and take nearly a week to hit max level as opposed to just a day.

If they're able to slow them down that much and start regularly banning the "subtle" bots that don't use hacks they'd be able to keep them under control much more easily.

The silliest thing is that enemies in both HW and SB areas already have this programmed into their AI and you straight up can't damage them if you're standing somewhere they can't path to.
