If you have another hard drive on the same pc try to install the game there. You should also check the SMART info on your hard drive (can use SpeedFan for it). Try to reinstall the DirectX End-User Runtimes June 2010.

I'm the Princess of the Night~~
I used SpeedFan for the SMART info (Indepth Online analysis) and it came back good with on Power On Hours being below normal but the test said that usually happens. I have reinstalled the DirectX EURuntimes June 2010. The game is currently playable on my External HD that I use for the transfer between the two computers. I am currently Copy/Pasting the files to my second hard drive on the system to try it from there.
Try to not copy/paste the same files to the other disk, if the files have all ready got corrupted on one hard drive you will copy the same corrupt file to the other hard drive. You should reinstall it from scratch.I used SpeedFan for the SMART info (Indepth Online analysis) and it came back good with on Power On Hours being below normal but the test said that usually happens. These files are coming from a seperate system, one that is running the game with no problem. Computer 2 C Drive >>> External HD >>> Computer 1 D Drive.
And the game now runs off of that build. Hopefully this will be the fix.
Signy, I just want to give credit where credit is due. Your's and another's suggestion of SpeedFan led me to my final solution. While using SpeedFan to check SMART I decided to monitor my temps as well. Wouldn't you know it, my case is not a custom case and is just a factory case from ASUS and I was overheating my GPU & CPU. Pretty badly as well. I have taken the side of the case off and put a fan blowing on it. This is a temporary fix until I can find some extra cash to buy the Antec 900 case with multiple fans inside it. Thank you for everyone's help and thank you for taking time out of your day to help a fellow gamer.
