PS4: Can't find application

Hello o/
Idk if someone can help me here but i will at least try.
I can't use my old ps4 anymore (overheating when i play 10 Minutes) so i transfered all my data to my new one.
But ff14 seems to be missing.
I went to the libary and there it says: ff14 a realm reborn and seems to be stuck in a download.
When i click on it and try to start it i get the error: cannot find application. Try in store.

But in the store i can only purchase it.
And when i tried to download the free trial Version it says: you already own ff14.
But its not on my storage.

What can i do?

In ps4 theres a trial version o ARR and one that you can purchase. I have ps4 too. Im not sure but maybe u need the full ARR to play isntead the ARR free trial, try delete the free trial and install the full version. Have you also updated your ps4? SDB expancion comes with all previous dlc, but not ARR.

Hey.

Unfortunatly i can't delete anything cause its not on my storage even tho it says "i already own the game".

I tried to download the free trial cause the last time i did it downloaded the whole game for me.
And i can only purchase everything else. But i dont want to pay again after i preordered shb CE etc.
