Bought optional item and did not receive it in-game

The other day I bought an optional item from the mogstation. It's been over 24 hours and the item has not arrived in my mogmail in-game.

Prerequisites:

• The item was bought on the same service account that I was trying to receive it on
• I have tried using Reward/Purchase delivery request multiple times

Update: Apparently it waited for me to complain about it in public to come through. Still it took over 24 hours.

Expansion is new and lot of people are buying from the mog station, I imagine there are a lot of fantasia sales going on to change into the new races. Just taking a bit longer to process and send the items out.

If it was an account bound item, those take a bit longer.

I ordered a Fantasia and a mount from the Se store. I got the Fantasia within a few minutes, but the mount took over 48 hours to receive through the moogle delivery.
