PC crash when rewatching cutscene from final Shadowbringers questline.

Steps:
1. Use The Unending Journey in player housing to view cutscenes for Shadowbringers quest "Shadowbringers".
2. Select cutscene #2
3. PC crash several minutes into rewatch. Right when Emet-Selch is saying "Rise up in madness and fury! Devour the vermin that are infesting the land that is rightfully ours!"


Note 1: I have tried to rewatch this scene three times, and it crashes in the exact same spot all three time. I have tried using a Unending Journey in my private housing in Lavender Beds, and my FC's housing in Shirogane.

Note 2: I did not skip cutscene when doing the main story quest and it played fine.

I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Does the crash only happen in Shadowbringers areas? The crash could be be caused by the 90fps cap placed in game. This has created an issue with players with high refresh rate monitors.


The problem is currently being looked into. A work around would be to play the game on DirectX 9 (no longer supported).

Thank you for your response, I will keep an eye out for that FPS fix I saw mentioned and hope that fixes the issue.

Following the notes for last night's update, I tried rewatching the cut scene again.

Worked fine. I'm glad you folks were timely on fixing the issue. I never even considered that might be the source of my problem.
