So after you progress past a certain point in the msq, the music seems to change in the Kholusia area to something more upbeat and cheery. Thing is, I really liked the old music. It's probably my favorite overworld music in the game, if not then it's definitely up there.

After sitting in Kholusia with two characters, one who has finished SHB and the other had not, I noticed the music didn't honestly go away, but was indeed changed. The difference between the day music is that we now have the full version of the song. Think of it as hearing the Chorus of a song on loop (pre-completion), vs playing the entire song (after completion.)

The thing is they share the same melody but the instrumentation and tone are extremely different. The only point where two versions are the same is near the end where the whimsical La Noscea style melody plays on both ends before they loop.
