At low level instances, you barely get to cast Ruin twice because wasting time applying two dots which hit for nothing so Ruin stops hitting for nothing.
It's a mess.
it's the opposite the only way to increase the ruin dmg was to make them scale from dots. they didn't give a third dot in ruination for nothing
