    Is there any way to redo my face with a purchase from mog station or is the race change the only option?

    That's the only way to redo your nose. You have to buy a Fantasia from the Mog Station.

    Really, I think the Aesthetician...or however you spell it... should let us completely recustomize our characters without letting us change race, gender or clan. They'd still sell plenty of fantasias (I've never known anyone to fantasia for, say, eye color unless they just happened to have a free fantasia lying around).

    Also yeah if you want to change your nose you'll have to chug a whole potion for that. But if I'm seeing things right your highest level is 49, which means you'll soon complete the MSQ of ARR. Which is great because that comes with a fantasia as a reward

    Otherwise you can buy them from the mogshop (real currency).

    Before buying a fantasia, Edit a new character using your saved appearance, and see if you can come up with a different nose. Try different races as well.

    Can't say I care much about my character's face, The only time I see it in game is in cutscenes.
