Cannot enter player housing area "The Mist" on Spriggan

I have recently started playing the game and when I got the quest "Where the Heart Is" it asks me to go to any ward in The Mist. I tr this but the list stays empty no matter which ward I select and when "Select" is pressed the screen fades to black and message tells me "You were unable to leave the area" and I get ported back a few steps back into Lower La Noscea.

I have tried abandoning the quest and picking it back up but the same thing happens.

I have also tried tp get in this area over the past 3 days all to the same effect and having hung around the area I see others apparently having the same issue.

Yeah well, I moved to Spriggan for that reason mostly, Because I got tired of camping in Ragnarok and can't put my hand on a plot since I started playing and saved the needed money for a small plot, so in Spriggan and Twintania the housing regions are locked until blah blah some amount of players have enough gil or whatever and are high enough lvl so they can get a chance on owning a house plot, so all we can do is wait and hope till Square Enix decides to unlock them.

I mean, it's obviously just enabled be default.
If someone has it, and is tired of it being on the quest list, they could just abandon it & do it later.

Honestly didn't know housing was locked on Spriggan. I'm going to guess their is a reason though.

I think a big reason is that FCs don’t transfer if they decide to move servers, and since you have to be Rank 6 to purchase an FC estate, they wanted to allow the FCs transferring off of other worlds onto the newer ones to rebuild before allowing housing.

Lodestone has already suggested you World Visit to any other non-new server to complete the quest.

The reason behind the lock is have everyone on same ground when it happens the housing will open. Everyone, aka who transferred there (and have the Gil for purchase from the start) and new characters there (to let them the time to make the Gil).

I only hope SE looking closely at what happens in housing areas, because I still find quite hard to believe that someone were able to purchase a couple large plots (personal+fc) in a time frame of a few seconds from server online.

You can complete the quest by going to another server via the world visit system, and visiting their Mist ward.

I can confirm that Hasrat and Seraphor are quite correct. I completed these quests using the World Visit system.
