Level 70 Black Mage Quest NPC Switching To Japanese

I have had the exact same problem, where about half the npc's text on the BLM lvl 70 job quest had randomly switched to that, causing me to be at a loss at nearly everything that was going on. I sent a ticket, but they had this to say:

"Its possible you might have encountered an ingame moment when a character speaks another language. If not this might be a bug, you can submit a bug report in forms and they will asset you."

That said, it would seem to be a legitimate bug in the game rather than one that occurs by chance, considering I'm not the only one effected. Thanks for posting the npc text too, was really helpful evidence. For possible future use, how exactly were you able to copy all that?

I have it set to show NPC dialogue in my chat so I took screenshots of what was happening in the chat log to have it all in one place, I sent the screenshots to my friends aswell, who had played it before and knew for sure it's not meant to be in another language so I know it's a bug, as well as how it repeats with several characters pointing towards that possibility more
