Steam / Mog station key mismatch.

Hello. Its my first post in forum probably last one :P Not sure if I am posting right section. Other sections wont allow me post anything.

I have purchased expansion from 3rd party website. While website clearly says they are selling Mog station key, they gave me steam key after purchase. Which is useless on Mog station.

Is there anything I can do about it?

PS - Website does not want to contact me about problem anymore insisting its only key they got from SE and they don't know how its used.

Unfortunately, I think the issue would have to be resolved, in some way, with the website. How did you pay? I'd start by disputing the charge, saying the item was not what was purchased, if they refuse to communicate with you to refund it so you can at least pick it up elsewhere.

Thanks for answer. I made payment with paypal unable to charge back. They refuse to refund or replace product. Not sure if i am allowed to post here but website called cdkeys, advertising they are selling mogstation keys but sending steam keys after purchase.

Beware probably there is another websites marketing with same tactic.

I like FF but i can't sink more money in it. Good luck in FF :3

Don't buy 3rd party keys if you can avoid it. Most 3rd party keys are steam keys anyways :|
Steam key is different from normal ffxiv key

Update: Turns out its my mistake.. Entering key wrong place at mogstation: Everything worked out fine.
Tried to use enter item code section instead of enter expansion code... I am blind =/

With PayPal, you should be able to file a dispute.
