Ground Targeting Maximum Range Indicator

A ring would be helpful for visualization, but we still wouldn't be able to place things at max distance quickly. We could place things at almost max distance, but not at max distance. What we really need is for the ground target to leash at max distance. If you move your mouse out of range, the ground target should stop at max range while your mouse keeps moving.

WoW fairly recently (Don't remember exactly when) changed ground targeting to be like how Rongway described it. For example, a warrior's Heroic Leap in WoW has a max range of 40 yards. They changed it so that if the cursor was, say, 43 yards away, the target circle would be locked to 40 yards, rather than showing the "out of range" circle.
