It is exactly that we more so than most Jobs (Healers excluded) lost the Skill Bloat game.

Alot of things were taken and what we were given was a super simplified and rather uninteresting. FoF buff and FoW GL4 were just linear progression they were not true buffs, it was something that should happen when moving to lvl 80.

Losing RoW leaves even our Charged Shoulder Tackles feeling meh. Losing pretty much all of our oGCDs and our Crit manipulation buff was just a giant smack in the face.

In my opinion we lost the fantastic feeling we FINALLY got in SB which is Build Gauge Spend Gauge. The exact thing they spoke about with MCH people like to build gauge then spend it, its satisfying.

Spending gauge now then we get to what? Sit there and Look menacingly at the boss for 12 seconds? (Obviously an exaggeration) But realistically now with PB CD at most we would spend our gauge every 2 minutes which is staggered from our buff windows.

We need oGCD GL builders. I advocate for RoW to be a flat CD buff that empowers our next Shoulder Charge to grant 1 stack of GL 60 or 90s CD and TK using a flat 3 stacks of GL.

Oh also Anatman to give the first stack instantly....

This gives us flexibility and would give us FULL access to our entire kit instead of the shell we use now.
