I´m sorry but adding a npc with the sole purpose of permanent anima removal just look silly to my. I mean, why don´t you stop using it anyway?.An NPC like that really looks like an usseles addition to the game, or atleast in my opinion.

Isn´t anima just an optional way of travel ? And besides, if you don´t manage it properly you wouldn´t be able to use it anyway, adding what we could call, a little bit of extra "challenge". And if you need other people to teleport, it really could help to increase the communication betwen players and build a better community.

OP loves anima, OP doesn't like people that complains about anima, Rokien is one of them.
OP then proceeds to post a suggestion to keep anima lover happy which is not doing anything with anima,
OP also posted a suggestion to keep anima hater happy which is an option to disable their anima permanently.
