"Nomen est Omen" (sidequest spoiler?)

Soo in Il Mheg pretty early on you can do the side quest "Nomen est Omen" which is about the meaning of names. After completing it the quest giver is thinking about which name could fit you, in my case 1st consideration was "Sigun Tyr" but she trough that "Ul Tyr" would be perhaps more fitting. Also she tells you that she wont tell you the meaning of it and that you should find this out on your own.

So what could the name(s) mean?
Did you get the same names or something different?

E: Also the quest giver name is "Sigun Ul" but she did not explain the meaning of her name..

In a later sidequest "Bewitched Books" a pixie has you enchanting some books and you have a chance to read them before doing so. One of the books explains that "Sigun" means "light" or "sun" and "Ul" means "darkness" or "moon." It doesn't explain what "tyr" means but I can only imagine it might mean "warrior" since the pixie in "Nomen est Omen" says either Sigun or Ul could work, meaning Warrior of Light or Warrior of Darkness.

As Crannigy said, and a quick search says that "Tyr" is a nordic word for 'god' so it could also mean that depending on how literal the runes are.

Yeah i just finished the quest and trough i'll share the meaning here, but you guys were faster Thx for the responses thou, much appreciated.

As for Tyr, yes there is a mention about a "deity" in nordic mythology and describes him amongst other things as a a god of war and a warrior. So i guess Tyr = warrior.
