No full version SH-B code received (only early access code received)

Good evening,

This is PC, non-steam account.

from what I have read, the full version codes were automatically sent out come July 2 (for example in japan)- Japan is actually behind my time zone so i would have thought out I would have received my full version code by now.

From my understanding that the full version code must be entered within 7 days to play SH-B etc.

I seem to have not received a second code (obviously entered the early access code) and the instructions received with the normal version is extremely confusing (without a code at least).

Should a full-version code be automatically sent out?

How do i retrieve the code if it is not via automatic email>?

I have the same problem, so I'd like to know also. In a way my problem is more dire since I can't even access the game until I receive the 20-digit code.

PC non-steam account.
Bought physical copy. Have the game registered on SE store but not on Mog Station.
Haven't received instructions on what to do next.

Count another in. When did pre-ordering a game become a penalty?

PS: When and IF you get the actual code, it should be posted on your My Orders page on your SE Store account. There will be a button that says UNLOCK REGISTRATION KEY. Only problem is, when I click it, it says that my key is being processed and will be listed there soon or when the game releases. The help page simply says, 'If you don't have it by tomorrow, then let us know.' Yeah, two weeks wasn't enough time to get my code in order.

18 hours into the expansion's full launch and still no code WTF Square Enix?

Ordered through the official store so you would make a little bit more money, and i would have my codes BEFORE LAUNCH.

Last time i'm ever ordering something from the Square Enix store.

I Know, right? I missed the memo where they announced pre-ordering actually started to become a penalty. If I'd have waited till today, I would have had my code, items, everything already. But I'm locked out of Stormblood until I get that Shadowbringers code. Not happening today, as I've wasted most of my time on this today and have to sleep for work. Bad business, SE. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

I have 2 accounts that we pre-ordered PC version (non Steam) through the SE store and we STILL have not received the friggin codes C'mon man! this is a WoW move, you're better than this!

Same thing happened to me but I ordered the Digital Collector's Edition and only got charged for the regular edition for early access no collector's extras...…...So pissed. As of right now the square enix store says its still processing so maybe I'll get the items when the official release hits?

When clicking the link in the email it just says "Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released."
