    Because. Good luck with week 1 savage clear. Good luck getting the drop you want/need with only 1 shot a week.

    Extremes can be learned and cleared by a half-competent players in 1 lockout or less. Then you can go back as many times as you want per week with no restriction.

    You don't "need" all jobs at 80 week 1. You certainly don't need them all maxed in temporary gear week 1. If you want to, however, then the means are available and all you need is time.

    We did learn and clear Titania 10 times in one night. Know how many usable weapons dropped? 2. Just thought it was a bit ridiculous that they still insist on dropping one weapon when we have pretty much double the amount of jobs now than we had in 2.0. Even a role based coffer would be better if it was 1 per kill.

    That's my point. Individual job locked gear is a 6% chance, you're more than likely going to have to grind out 10 kills, whereas with Innocence you get drops that can be rolled on and used by more than one job, significantly increasing the odds of getting loot. Which is ironic given that Innocence is a way easier fight than Titania.

    And? There's 5 accessory slots for each job. Only 1 weapon slot. Accessories also have far less impact and will likely be replaced earlier than the weapon will be.

    So there's at least a few other fairly significant reasons why there's still only 1 weapon per kill besides the usual "dragging out the content" which I'd assume is the largest factor in those kind of decisions anyways.

    It should be locked down 1/8 but only drops jobs currently in the party.

    Why drop a Warrior item if there isn't a warrior there.

    Also didn't they say they were reworking savage drops?

    2 primals, and considering mount drop rate its not uncommon to have to buy it later with tokens, so that is 198 kills total, yeah that is certainly "burning" through content. And then add another 10 tokens per weapon you need that takes it up to around 218 kills, more if you want multiple...I think we have plenty to keep us occupied and they could throw us a bone.

    Also I did enjoy the content, I just seem to have more play time than you. So while I was able to enjoy the journey slowly and take it all in, it was obviously just in larger chunks, so I shouldn't be punished with a grind because I had more time to dedicate over the weekend. It doesn't matter how fast we get there, what matters is how bad it is once you are.

    I think thats going a little far, since it would make getting all weapons a little to fast (remember: we need to get people to re-run this quite often to make sure people who are only reaching the primal days or weeks later will still find a group), but what I'd like to see is an increase of the amount of weapons dropping (from 1 to 2 seems fair) AND a one time amount of 10 tokens from the quest thats tied to the primal - that way they dont have to programm a new primal-coffer but you still get one weapon of choice for your first clear.

    Edit: for nitpicky completion sake though... I dont think the argument "Savage only requires 8 kills" really matters here. As long as the lockout is active (aka: as long as the weapon is "BiS"), it will take you 8 weeks to get those 8 clears. I'll take 2 more runs over that any time if that means I can complete it all in one evening.

    Considering ex are easy and a lot of people tend to do them 99 times anyway it's not really that much of a problem imo.

    Instead I'd prefer that the loot is locked to the Group entering. Like if you don't have a RDM with you, then maybe RDM weapon wouldn't drop.

    Although this can be exploited by bringing only three classes for tank, heal and dps.
