My favorite music of shadowbringers so far is the raktika greatwood music it's simply amazing.

This soundtrack is absolutely fantastic, and definitely Soken's best work to date. The zone battle theme nonwithstanding, everything else felt like it fit the areas, the world, and the story itself. The Rak'Tika Greatwood itself has the single greatest zone theme in this game, and by far his single greatest theme ever conceived to date (yes, I'm putting it on that pedastal).

Honestly given the fact that the Crystal Tower plays such an integral part of the expansion I'd have been A-OK with out battle theme being a rewritten track from the Tower Climb. Shattered would have been perfect if they changed the arrangement a little. Or Out of the Labyrinth, again with a more energetic tone.

But did they forget to add a new quest completion jingle? There's a new acceptance one, but completion plays the same sound as it did in Stormblood, which is especially awkward given that it uses part of the main theme from that expansion.

The SB2 quest completion jingle IS different, and actually borrows from part of the music you hear in the Crystarium (which in turn might be taken from something else, not sure), not the Ala Mhigan anthem. The snippets borrowed from each do sound roughly familiar, though.

I was just about to respond to that one, but yea you have it correct there. There is a actual Quest completion theme there.

Judging by the responses so far, it seems just about everyone is indeed liking what they are hearing.

I'll admit the battle music can be a bit jarring, but its kinda grown on me. I'm just so glad alot of the snippets of songs we heard from job/race trailers did not go to waste.
