.... now bahamut/phoenix normal attack can only trigger by spell, so any oGCD spell rather ruin can be use to trigger them?

and if not then it's better to weave ruin 2 or ruin 3 in demi phase (asume that we don't have to move)

There are no ruins in Phoenix phase, just fountain of fire followed by brand of purgatory, and they are both instant. In Bahamut's phase you generally cast Ruin III except for when you need to weave energy drain/fester and the 2 akh morns that you cast Ruin IV/II.
