Digital Collectors Upgrade

I was thinking of buying the Complete Collectors Upgrade, to get a Fantasia for each of my characters, plus all of the mounts and stuff, but then I realised that I’ve only preordered the Standard edition of ShB, when I thought I’d preordered the Digital Collectors.

Any idea if the ShB collectors upgrade be available right away, and included in the Complete collectors upgrade? (albeit at a higher price, I expect)
Or should I bite the bullet and get the complete (ARR, HW and SB) upgrade now, and then if I decide I want that shiny Revolver later I can get that seperately?
Will the price of the Complete be increased by a significant amount when ShB gets included do you think?

It's probably worth your while hanging on until the official release date to see what the pricing of the digital upgrades for the collectors editions are - I doubt you will save anything by buying the version on sale now and then the ShB one when it gets released. So unless you are really wanting all those vanity items best wait.

That’s what I’m leaning towards, but if it won’t include ShB upgrade for a few weeks that’ll be annoying, and I might as well just buy a single Fantasia.
The current Complete upgrade is a pretty good deal in comparison right now (basically 3 for 2) but I imagine a 4 set Complete upgrade with ShB included probably won’t be as cheap, and will probably be around the 4 for 3 mark, which would mean getting the Complete now and the ShB seperately later… would work out about the same.

The Collectors Edition (not the upgrade but when you buy the game/expansion itself) states that all the in-game items are for each character.
I can't imagine the Fantasia is the odd one out...

EDIT: And when purchasing the upgrade, instead of asking you to select a character, it merely asks you to "confirm this is the service account you intend to purchase for."
Then lists all of your licenses and characters on that account.

You do get the items for each character you have now and create in the future - on that service account.

Contact SE and see if you can't pay the difference and get the upgrade. I doubt they will let you but it's better than not trying I suppose? But, you might be on the phone for like 3 hours so it probably isn't worth the hassle. I would wait and see what ShB has to offer in terms of digital upgrades.

Welp, mogstation has been updated.
No Shadowbringers digital upgrade.
No Complete digital upgrade either...

Guess I'll be waiting months to change to Hrothgar...

Maybe the emergency maintenance tomorrow? Curiously enough, the complete set for the ARR/HW/SB Digital CE Upgrade has vanished...
