    I was watchng for a feedback on the 5.0 Blm.
    Only found a complaint about this spell i never used.

    So everyone can agree with, the Blm is pretty fine...

    If you mean in FF1 as the OP states? No. Drain was not introduced until FF2.

    Kind of a mild error to get hung up over though.

    We should only be so lucky. We've kinda been begging for it.

    Kinda apples-oranges though. I mean, we already have Freeze which is better in every way. There is literally no function Blizz II could potentially serve that we don't have an alternative already lined up for.
