Diadem will be getting a second (third?) wind in 5.1 with the Ishgard Reconstruction content, apparently. Please look forward to Eureka being made relevant again in 6.1 with the "Ala Mhigan Reconstruction" content.

Seriously though, they really need to change something with Eureka now that it's not level relevant content... Unless they just don't want people being able to obtain those rewards anymore...

There are still new players in all zones, so I don't think Eureka will die this Friday. But they need to adjust things later if fewer players are coming.

Eh. Not sure if the logic follows. There are new players because it's end game (ish) content. They might just not have a whole lot else to check out. Some few of us, maybe, might still be interested in seeing it through. But I'd certainly expect much less if most players could just skip it on their way to 80. Maybe, if there's not a whole lot going on at the end game for now, folks might come back around to it. But I don't expect population to remain steady.

I don't expect most new players to stop what they're doing once they hit 70 just to go grind Eureka before heading into Shadowbringers. I regret not working on Eureka when it first released or ever going back to work on it so I do hope they make some adjustments to it in the future.

Eureka is going to be dead for awhile at least until most have leveled a job and finished main story. I suspect if there aren't any additional items added to the patch notes and I don't expect any that perhaps 5.1 will see the major nerfs to get people back to the content.

Personally I hope they leave BA alone. I believe enough people will be interested in that content still after the dust has settled even if scheduled discord events aren't all that many. I'm just happy I was able to get a BA clear on Crystal BA for my Balmung alt before xpac.
