Bards - Apex Arrow and Pitch Perfect should each have their own proc sfx.

When I hear the #3 Pitch Perfect proc sfx, I know that it's a 3 set and pop it. For me, it's much quicker to pop it relying on that audio sfx rather than the visual cue.

Since both Apex Arrow and Pitch Perfect has the same sfx, I've often pop pitch perfect while not at it's max or pop Apex Arrow when it's not at 100%.

Having separate audio cues for Pitch Perfect and Apex Arrow will help us bards know when and which ability is available to use without solely relying on a visual cue.

I would also ask for a unique refulgent arrow sfx, it would be a valuable QoL change
