    Why does Recitation not affect Soil or Lustrate? Too OP?

    Just curious but it would be interesting to see Recitation force crit regen a la Kassatsu Doton before / crit Lustrate on the other two resource skills... is that a potential addition perhaps?

    While I can understand wanting to guarantee a crit-Lustrate, the new Sacred Soil is pretty busted already. I don’t think it needs guaranteed crit regen ticks on top of a 15-second 100 potency tick on a 30-second recast.
