    Is the 90FPS hard cap intended or not?

    First, I know this isn't the best place to post this, but I'm confused. On one hand, people are saying it's the new way of life, yet there is an Accepted Bug report about this very issue, specifically the entire range of a monitor's refresh rates at native resolution in fullscreen. Right now 75hz is the highest you can select. If it's meant to be this way, why was that thread accepted?

    "Accepted" can often just mean OP actually went to the trouble to fill out the form correctly to have it accepted to be looked at. Doesn't mean it won't be moved to "Working as Intended" or some such.
