Who was the last knight in Thordan's twelve?

Hey guys, just finished Heavensward (which was amazing!) and was wondering about something.

Thordan I had twelve knights, and six perished in their fight against Nidhogg.

Of the surviving six, four formed the noble houses of Ishgard.

One went on to build the tavern, Forgotten Knight.

Who was the final knight?

Wasn't the final knight Thordan's son, I-forgot-the-name (Haldred?), who vanished to hide Nidhogg's eyes?

He was. It was because Haldrath refused his birthright to take the throne out of shame and guilt, instead leaving to start his path as the Azure DRG that caused the remaining knights to found the High Houses as stewards of Ishgard's now vacant throne.

However there was a second knight that left with the one who founded the Forgotten Knight (whether he went into partnership with the first one or struck out on his own and did something else is unknown) - one of the other knights actually asked him what he wanted to do and he said nothing, only turning away and following the first.

Yeah, there was a knight other than Haldrath, as Haldrath isn’t numbered among the twelve. I guess it is never revealed what the twelfth knight did then, unless the ‘Forgotten Knight’ name itself refers to his forgotten friend.

It's unclear just what happened to them. The implication is that they ended up 'retiring' to a life with the peasantry however. The fact that non-noble Elezen within Ishgard have Dragon's Blood within them points to the fact that some of the Knights chose to live and reproduce with the Smallfolk.
