Third Party Programs are against the ToS, don't you think it's a little incriminating taking and posting screenshots of you using them? Unless I'm mistaken and this has been altered somewhere (the image or the ToS) ^^;

I'm not sure if you're serious, but you might as well incriminate against using a web browser or media player while playing the game. A timer does not alter the game in any shape or form.
