I was getting this message every time I entered titania:

I would get this running through both dx11 and dx9, a fresh reinstall of the game gave me this error but now on launch of the game instead of getting into titania. Another reinstall of the game now gives me these errors but with a japanese message at the start.
I have reinstalled my graphics card and still get the error.
The hotfix did nothing to help.
