Morbid Motivation Quest: No completion after 50/60/70 Roulette if level 70 dungeon

Picked up the Morbid Motivation quest from the NPC Brangwine at Mor Dhona x: 22.0 y: 6.7. According to the quest text, the player must complete a 50/60 Dungeon Roulette in order to complete it; of which was changed from 50/60 to 50/60/70 as of Shadowbringers. Queued up for 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette at around 10:00AM EST and received a level 70 dungeon (The Swallow's Compass). Upon completion of the dungeon, the quest was not completed. Queued up for 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette again at 10:26AM EST and received a level 50 dungeon (Brayflox's Longstop [Hard]) and upon completion of the dungeon, the quest was completed.

Steps:
1. Pick up quest "Morbid Motivation" from NPC Brangwine (Mor Dhona x: 22.0 y: 6.7)
2. Queue for 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette
3. Receive a level 70 dungeon (Swallow's Compass) and complete it
4. "Morbid Motivation" quest will not complete
5. Queue again for 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette
6. Receive a level 50 dungeon (Brayflox's Longstop [Hard]) and complete it
7. "Morbid Motivation" quest will complete

In short, if you receive a level 70 dungeon from the 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette - it will not complete the "Morbid Motivation" quest.

EDIT: Just recreated the bug after the daily reset around 12:50PM EST. I got the level 70 dungeon "The Burn" from the roulette and it did not complete the quest upon finishing the dungeon.
EDIT 2: Ran 50/60/70 Dungeon Roulette again on a level 62 job and got placed into a level 60 dungeon - the quest was completed afterwards.
