Now we are satisfied with monk’s potency and damage,but he still has much question on mechanism, mainly because of his new skills, they were not used effectively so far.

Enhanced Fist of Fire
This is the first trait during our traveling, but unfortunately, it is totally inferior to Riddle of Wind at present, so we must abandon him in most cases when we are arrive LV76 or higher.
Fist of Fire and 3 stacking Greased Lightning will increase damage dealt by 43%,and the 4 stacking Greased Lightning will get 40%. I think that the FoF should be used on burst cases like RoF and Brotherhood. But, because of the 5% extra speed, we could cast more one weaponskill in RoF, so the FoF is still lower than RoW in time.
For my rough calculation,when the FoF provide 12% damage,its effect for weaponskills and abilities will exceed RoW in 20s RoF duration. And when provide 14%, its effect exceed RoW include AutoAttack in RoF.

Riddle of Wind
Forth stacking Greased Lightning is so suprised, and the extra 5% reduce WS and AA delay could make its effect always higher than FoF in a long time combat, b
ut this should not apply all cases. So I think the question is the FoF effect isn't enough, as I mentioned past.

Perfect Balance, Anatman and Tornado Kick
We lost Wind Tackle in 5.0, so we must use PB or Anatman help us stacking Gresesd Lightning at the combat begin or phase transform, and reduce use times of TK.
If we only use these two abilities(PB and Anatman) for extend GL, it will be more waste(we also have Riddle of Earth, extending isn't have any difficulties now).
But if we use them to reset our GL after use TK, they will grow strange. PB has so long cooldown(120s) and can't align to RoF(90s), it is meaningless to get an extra TK without RoF/BH. The Anatman is unstable, we can not control it precisely but only rely on server latency, and I don't think it is the correct method.
I suggest two possible plans for these skills system.
Plan A: Anatman gain 1 stack of GL when it be casted instant, but gain second stack after casting extend at least 3 seconds.
plan B: Reduce the Perfect Balance cooldown time to 90s.

Six-side Star(MORE IMPORTANT)
This new skill give me much new ideas at first. It is the highest potency weaponskill for monk so far, and as a slow rhythm(2GCDs) skill, it may be interesting in quick rhythm of 4 stacking GL. But, after actual use, I found it has more problem so I must abandon it for the moment.
Let's do a rough calculation, like his name “Six-side”,if in a circulation with use each 6 weaponskill once, the potency in total is (300+240+230+200+170+90+65*6)=1620 in 6 GCDs, and 270 each GCD on average, 400 only value 1.5 GCD now.
On the other hand, the duration time of TwinSnakes and GL are 15 seconds, and we have 8GCD in every 15s under 4 GL stacking, so if we use each 6 WS to make "six-side", and 2 remaining GCDs for "star", we could make 2020 potency in total, and 252.5 on average. But we know that the 18GCDs traditional circulation could make 4610 potency in total 18GCD,and 256 on average. Six-side Star have even stranger feel(by rhythm changing), but don't have any advantage now.
So if we want use this new weird skill. he should be improved, like this 3 plan
Plan A: reduse its recast time to 1.5GCDs
Plan B: change it to an ability but shares a recast timer with all other weaponskills after be used. We can cast it instantly after a usual WS, then they all shares a 2GCDs recast time.
Plan C: increase its potency to 480 or more, but this plan will not change its rhythm feeling, so I don't think this will be the best plan, actually.

Conclusion
1A. Increase Fist of Fire effect to 12%.
2A. Anatman gain 1 stack of GL when it be casted instant, but gain second stack after casting extend at least 3 seconds. OR
2B. Reduce Perfect Balance cooldown time to 90s.
3A. Reduse Six-side Star recast time to 1.5GCDs. OR
3B. Change Six-side Star to an ability but shares a recast timer with all other weaponskills after be used. We can cast it instantly after a usual WS, then they all shares a 2GCDs recast time. OR
3C. Increase Six-side Star potency to 480 or more.
Finally, because of monk’s damage is satisfied now, so we could reduce the Forbidden Chakra to 320 to balance the above enhancement, if we need.
