Can't escape credits cutscene

[Tuna__Melt]

After watching the final cutscene and credits, the game goes to a black screen and never continues. I am able to use the chat window but no system menu or any other features. /supportdesk says it is unavailable at this time so I can not create a ticket in game.

After logging out and back in I am automatically brought back into the beginning of the cutscene and the same thing happens.

Have tried re-installing graphics drivers, running dx9 instead of 11, changing from borderless to windowed and fullscreen, nothing has worked so far.

Steps:
1. Defeat final primal
2. Watch or skip end cutscene and credits
3. End up at black screen and can not continue, move, or skip.

I did a full uninstall/reinstall and was able to escape finally. This may work for you.
