Hi there - I pre-ordered Shadowbringers from Amazon, received the code a week ago, received my in game items, downloaded the updates when the early access began and started leveling dancer. I reached level 70 last night and began the new MSQ which took me from Mor Dhona into the Syrcus trench and finally to the new expansion zone where I attuned to the Aether crystal at the Crystarium. Since it was a long day of leveling I called it there and logged out at my fc house in the Mist.

Today I logged in, queued up for a 50/60/70 roullete with friends and noticed I received no experience at the end, I asked if they had removed it and everyone else said they received XP. I noticed a red square and cancel symbol beneath my XP bar which made me wonder if I was somehow unable to receive more XP. Thinking I had to do another MSQ quest to unlock the XP gains I attempted to teleport the Crystarium to finish the quest and my teleport stopped and gave me an error saying that the expansion was unavailable. I have gone through the long queues a few times to see if relogging and rebooting would somehow help. Nothing has changed.

My mog station account says I have shadowbringers early access, I have received no emails from Amazon saying that my order was cancelled or changed in anyway, what do I do?
