Is tbn useable without target?

Come on man, TBN can be applied to self or party members.

Nascent Flash is a party buff. Raw Intuition is a self buff.

Would it be nice to use the self healing aspect of Nascent in a solo situation? Sure. But as it stands that's our trade off. Raw for self and Nascent for party play. We still have Eq and TOB for self healing if needed in a solo situation.

And PvP has it's own section, which you've correctly posted this same topic under. I don't participate in pvp in this game, but my understanding is that abilities can be quite different from their pve counterparts. So if they want to change it for pvp then by all means. For pve the skill is fine as is, in fact it's OP af.
