I had this problem as well. The issue was that for some reason these files got deleted from the game folder:

XInputXIV9.dll
XInputXIV3.dll
SoundCoreBridge7.dll
SoundCoreBridge.dll

So best check if thats the case for you as well. If it is you can copy those from the benchmark for example.
