DRK doesn't.

That's subjective. IMO it's infinitely better than the horrible "spam DA" nonsense DRK was in SB. I mained DRK in HW, and quit it because of how bad it was in SB. The current iteration, while not near HW's high standards, is actually enjoyable to me.
