Still can't buy off the mog station.

After contacting SE multiple times over the last 2 weeks and them saying, "you'll be able to buy things in a couple of hours." I still can not purchase anything off of the mog station. I've waited the 24 hours they suggest, I don't have a VPN, my virus scanner doesn't detect any viruses.

I'm convinced they don't want me boosting alt characters and want me to level them all up from scratch at this point. I'm sure it's to deter me from making more alt characters because, "why make an alt when your main can be everything.". Oh well, I'll just have to keep complaining on the forums until something gets fixed in this game.

I know a few people who couldn't buy off the mog station, contacting support didn't help them, they forgot about mog station for about a month, it fixed itself after. They still don't know what happened.

I had a similar issue, but mine was because I had my VPN active while accessing the SE website and mog station, I forgot to switch it off, though after I switched it off it fixed itself.

Honestly, the mog station in particular seems kinda moody.

I mean i've tried everything they suggested. I have been told they will bump up it's priority to get it removed twice and that it would only take a couple of hours. still after 2 weeks nothing has changed.

Have you tried buying crysta and then buying items using crysta?

I've never been able to buy things directly, but for some reason I am able to buy crysta. Which in turn lets me do everything else.

Worth a shot, that's how I've been paying my sub and getting other items!

I have tried. I am not allowed to purchase anything off the mog station. not even through another website or another currency or another payment option like paypal. Which includes not being able to even add crysta to my account.
