Buying Anima would be a good idea imo it would provide the game the gilsink it really needs.
Would have to be like 10k per 1 anima or something.

Keep anima as is
I actually ran out for the first time doing AFs and I didn't even do that many. Only 3/5 on 2 jobs. Admittedly, I do have a habit of using teleport when I could have used Return.
Usually I don't have any anima issues. I don't play often so its usually near full. I am glad of it when I do play though, I wouldn't want to spend most of my short playtime running from A to B. I'd get even less done than I do now.
Think we should look ahead at 2.0, with smaller zones and action packed landscapes, I think anima will go away whether we like it or not.

nothing of note to explore, yet.

When I have a friend asking if I could help with a quick quest/NM/dungeon, I don't want to run on chocoback for 30 mins just to get there, nevermind getting back from there.

I agree with thisI used to be all for taking it out, but after getting this deep into the game... No.
I say this because it take a LONG time to get somethings done. I think anima is actually a pretty cool system.
Its basicly your will to port your self through the aether. Though I somewhat think it should only be usable at an aetheryte crystal. :/
Maybe I wouldn't want to use Anima if choco'-ing from Tranquil to Coerthas didn't look like a Tom-and-Jerry chase scene.
