GNB's sound effects are not impactful enough

Damn every single person in this thread that whined. Its horrifying now.

Yeah seriously. I hope they're happy with the new wooshy, thuddy, roary, anything-but-sword-like sound effects we now have for our basic sword combo.

I logged in last night, and the first swing I took stopped me in my tracks to wonder what the heck that sound was even supposed to be.

That was literally why I had to stop by my house's striking dummy before marching right into Eden. I had to check "how" they adjusted the sounds rather than it taking me by surprise during Eden so I could enjoy Eden entirely without that ruining my dreams during it. "Thuddy" is prolly the most accurate wording I've ever heard describe it so far.

I can't believe SE "fixed" something so odd this quickly, in response to such a small thread. Have people complained about it more on the JP forums or something?
Anyways, it actually sounds terrible now. Please restore old sounds, they were fine.

Apparently JP forums had minor complaints like this one did, but the uproar now is 4x as much about how awful the new sounds that it has even non-forum users coming here to ask why in god name they thought this would suit the gunblade. As many other errors as there are, and the fact I can't even call this a "fix", I do have to wonder what the hell is wrong with people complaining about the most minute details when they're fine as they are.
