How do unlock gathering in Shadowbringers?

So far found some lush vegetable patches in Amh Araeng I could harvest at 70. If you do the crystalline deliveries that gives you almost 10m exp with HQ items. Sadly you can only choose either botanist or mining and have to wait until 73 before you can do another delivery, but this is a really good kickstart to getting at least one of your gathering jobs close to 71. Haven't found any trees yet. Kinda reminds me of FFXI where you're in a vast forest but can't find any trees to log. xD

East of Amh Araeng you'll find the mining nodes gatherable at level 70.

Animal Trace HQ x 18 for your first quest with the BTN&MIN Quest NPC.

For Lakeland I didn't start seeing the nodes until lvl71 miner thankfully the new leves in Crystarium help you hit it pretty quickly.
