It's possible that is the issue. I thought it might of been to this mount but if other folks are having the problem with account wide mounts then perhaps that needs to be looked at.
Same here! Purchased a Fantasia and the Carpet mount yesterday - got the Fantasia (as well as my black Amazon choco I remembered to enter the code for) almost immediately, but still waiting on the Carpet...
Well I was hoping to get some help in game and after putting in a ticket about 5 hours ago got the usual in game response of making sure that my mail box is empty and that I use the refresh item to have the item appear and if it has not then provide the following information and we will get back to you. So I'll update if I hear anything.
