Well I was hoping to get some help in game and after putting in a ticket about 5 hours ago got the usual in game response of making sure that my mail box is empty and that I use the refresh item to have the item appear and if it has not then provide the following information and we will get back to you. Just had another reply to my ticket. I was told this time that I log out for a short period of time and this might make it work. Hate to break it to them but I've been online and offline this whole time and yet nothing has changed. I'll update if something does change but they did also tell me that if I still don't have it after 72 hours pass to reply to the message and they can look into it more. Also I logged out, took a break, then logged in and nothing changed yet. So it might be the full 72 hours!

I purchased the magic carpet mount last night and have yet to receive it as well. They were quick to take the money from me but sure are taking their time giving me what I paid for. This is really frustrating.
