“Feo UI” summoning main story quest broken on PS4?

The quest in the fairy area requires you to say “Feo UI” at a specified location. It just isn’t working though, on PS4 at least, hence blocking the main story quest. Please help.

It's 'Feo UL' if I recall correctly.

I honestly don't understand why this is confusing so many people. Names are capitalized on the first letter, with the remainder lower case. It's not a capital letter, it's a lowercase one (Ul vs Ui).

I’m used to seeing UI as user interface, so it’s just a habit that led me to miss that obvious fact and misinterpret it as u and i. It’s like saying this out loud: “milk milk milk milk milk” and then quickly answering what do cows drink? If you said milk then you should see my point lol.

I get what you're saying, but if using an "i" didn't work at first, wouldn't "L" be the next choice? Especially since it makes more sense given the way names are spelled in general... I wouldn't automatically jump to the conclusion that it's a bug.
