    I like the new style but that being said, it doesn't really match the current style for text bubbles and, visually speaking, it is strange to read a text bubble with a certain font/background/etc and then get to that dialogue wheel. Easier to read but, for a game that was always so top notch when it comes to art direction, I find it very weird.

    Yeah, the new style works, but it looks out of place and overall I prefer the old style of dialong boxes.

    I love the new style. Gives me much more of a single player Final Fantasy feel, which is nice for the MSQ part of things.

    I like the new dialogue window. It looks more modern and does not pop right into the middle of the screen, often hiding my characters face.

    It's probably an improvement over the old gray default menu appearance they used to use, but it also looks a little weird.

    It feels like the gamepad main menu type, but you can choose not to use that if you want.

    I thought about this before, in RPG Maker.
    Speech bubbles look weird, as it seems like someone is speaking to you.
    a tinted box looks like a dark voice is speaking to you
    and a full screen, or box that goes to the screens edge (like in the pic) feels more like a 4th wall breaking inner decision.

    So i actually agree with SE on this. it feels 'more' accurate.
