What is this class design of Dancer?

Bard has lost its more Support-oriented role and is now an upgraded Archer. I've heard many mains simply appalled and very unhappy with the loss of the harp and the class' identity, myself included. A few have abandoned ship and are looking to other classes. I would recommend looking at the Bard threads in the DPS section of the forums.

That being said, I believe Ranged DPS' design is simply a style of play that can be frustrating yet gratifying. I'm curious OP, how would you make Dancer fun to play? Change up the way procs work?
